形態特徵

• Plants 20-50 cm tall. Tuberoids stoloniform, 3-8 cm long, 3-8 mm thick, tapering, with bud near apex. Stem ridged, usually with 2 cauline leaves near base and 2 bract-like smaller leaves in upper part.
• Basal leaves sessile, linear, 10-18 cm long, 10-15 mmm wide, apex acute, clasping stem at base.
• Inflorescence 10-25 cm long, with 5-15 flowers; bracts lanceolate, 8-22 mm long, 3-6 mm wide, acuminate, lower ones larger; pedicel and ovary 10-15 mm long. Flowers yellowish green; dorsal sepal concave, broadly ovate, 2.5-3 mm long, 2.5-2.8 mm wide, obtuse or rounded at apex, 3-nerved; lateral sepals spreading or reflexed, ovate, oblique, 4-5 mm long, 2-3 mm wide, apex obtuse, slightly contracted at base, 3-nerved; petals obliquely ovate, 3 mm long, 1.5-2 mm wide, acute or obtuse; lip 6-8.5 mm long, 3-lobed from base, lateral lobes small, triangular or nearly rectangular, 1.5-2 mm long, entire or irregularly serrate, midlobe linear-lanceolate, 5-7 mm long, 2 –2.5 mm wide at base, spur cylindrical, arched, 10-14 mm long; column 2 mm tall; anther cells clavate, widely separated and parallel, staminodes oblong, rugose; pollinia ovoid-ellipsoid, 0.8 mm long, caudicle ca. 0.6 mm long, viscidium oblong-clavate, 0.7 mm long, 0.2 mm wide; stigma protruding anteriorly to height above middle of anther cells; rostellum surrounding convex stigma, with bursicles at lower ends enclosing viscidium.

• 台灣 : usually at forest edges or on wet mossy rocks along roadsides, 2,000-3,000 m.
